Retrain your brain through Somatics. Pandiculating through these slow, mindful movement patterns will help you regain control of your habitually tight muscles and relieve pain long-term.
Practice will also increase flexibility, co-ordination, balance and performance. Essentially, you’ll experience better movement with more ease.
