A breath-centered, strength-based fitness class designed to compliment your Moksha Yoga practice. It is a 60 minute class using resistance bands, an exercise ball, and bars, in order to work all the muscles in the body in a balanced way. The class moves through waves of effort and ease to leave you feeling both balanced and energized. Reduce Heat (Heat is off but room is still kissed with warmth)
