Sarah McEachern

Sarah began her journey with yoga over fifteen ago and her love and passion with this path continues to evolve every
day. She was drawn to yoga out of curiosity and pain relief from scoliosis in 1999 while in college, and it has evolved into an ongoing journey of self exploration ever since.In 2009 Sarah was going to India to study yoga for her own personal practice and discovered that there was a Moksha training going on while she would be there, so it just naturally came together! After spending many months in India and exploring diferent styles of yoga and meditation she returned home to this loving sangha (family) of
Moksha! Since then she has continuously taken many trainings and studied diferent spiritual aspects, but loves
that her base is Moksha. Sarah pulls her inspirations from nature, all the beings around her, which are her teachers,
breath, and trying to tune into the flow of the moment within her ongoing self exploration of emptiness/wholeness, and the interconnectedness of all things. Sarah is so honoured and grateful to be part of such an inspiring loving community.
